Party FAQs

  • What should we wear?

    Be sure to wear something that exposes armpit skin and form-fitting shorts or leggings that can be rolled up past your knee if necessary to grip the pole. Feel free to wear layers.

    PLEASE NO LOTIONS/ OILS / JEWELRY

  • Can we choose the music?

    Absolutely! Feel free to send a playlist to the instructor beforehand, or you can always make song requests during the party.

  • Can we bring food and drinks?

    You’re welcome to bring refreshments to enjoy with your party guests! However, we cannot allow alcohol inside the studio, for safety reasons. Please ensure party guests do not arrive intoxicated, or we will not be able to host your party.

  • What if we’re new to pole or not “in shape”?

    Not a problem! Our parties are designed to be fun for everyone. Our party instructors will ensure everyone has a great time, and they are trained to provide modifications for all levels!

  • What will we do in a pole party?

    10 min warm-up

    20 min learn spins/transitions

    20 min put together skills learned in a choreographed routine and perform all together! 

    10min for fun photos!
