Party FAQs

  • What should we wear?

    Be sure to wear something that exposes armpit skin and form-fitting shorts or leggings that can be rolled up past your knee if necessary to grip the pole. Feel free to wear layers.

    PLEASE NO LOTIONS/ OILS / JEWELRY

  • Can we choose the music?

    Absolutely! Feel free to send a playlist to the instructor beforehand, or you can always make song requests during the party.

  • Can we bring food and drinks?

    You are welcome to bring refreshments to enjoy with your party guests! The last 15min of your party is to celebrate, take photos, snack and drink in our lobby area!
    Remember, we cannot allow alcohol inside the studio, for safety reasons. Please ensure party guests do not arrive intoxicated. If this does happen we will not be able to host your party, you will not receive a refund, and will not be able to reschedule.

    you must clean up anything that you bring into the studio - take all leftovers with you. failure to pick up after yourself can result in a cleaning fee

  • What if we’re new to pole or not “in shape”?

    Not a problem! Our parties are designed to be fun for everyone. Our party instructors will ensure everyone has a great time, and they are trained to provide modifications for all levels!

  • What will we do in a pole party?

    10 min warm-up (OR non-alcoholic refreshments if you choose)

    20 min learn spins/transitions

    20 min put together skills learned in a choreographed routine and perform all together! 

    10min for fun photos!

COVA Pole & Movement Pole Party Policies

  • Arrival Time

    We require all guests in your party to arrive 15 minutes before your party's start time to fill out waivers and allow time to set up decorations or bring in food/ refreshments (that you supply). If you do not arrive early, your party time will be cut short as we can not start until everyone in the party has completed the waiver. You may arrive as early as 30 minutes before your appointment time.

  • Guest Count

    All participants, including spectators are required to be a part of the guest count for your party.

  • Food/Drinks

    You are welcome to bring decorations/food/drinks. You may bring it all in before the party starts, the food/drink can be enjoyed during the last 15min of the party. The last 15min of your party is celebration time!! We will take photos, snack and drink (if you choose to bring your own) to celebrate your special occasion.

  • Alcohol Policy

    We do not allow alcohol in our studio. If you arrive or any of your guests arrive intoxicated, we will not be able to host your event for your own safety. In this case your party can not be rescheduled and you will not receive a refund. We take your safety very seriously and want you to enjoy your event, not suffer injuries!

  • Private Parties Payment Policy

    All private parties must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. If payment is not received 24 hours in advance of your party time, your booking will not be held and may not be rescheduled and you will not receive a refund for the deposit you have made. All sales are final. No refunds.

  • Private Party Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

    There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for your party. If at least 24 hours notice is given, you may reschedule your party. 

    If less than 24 hours notice is given your payment is forfeited/non-transferable. You must pay in full again for a new party date and time. All sales are final. No refunds. 

  • Private Party Late Policy

    If you are more than 30 minutes late, your party will be canceled and you will not be able to be rescheduled. To reschedule, you must pay in full for a new party date/time. All sales are final. No refunds.

  • Private Party No Show Policy

    If your private party No-Shows all payments are forfeited/non-transferable. You must pay in full again for a new party date and time. All sales are final. No refunds.
