Looking for a space to train for a performance or competition, film a video, or host a special workshop or event? Look no further!

COVA Pole & Movement is a beautiful 2,500-square-foot facility in the heart of Coastal Virginia. Our studio is situated right off the Newtown Rd. highway exit in Virginia Beach. We are conveniently on the border of Virginia Beach and Norfolk, just down the road from several hotels and one highway exit away from Norfolk International Airport.

Want to rent a studio to train privately or host your own workshop or event? We’d love to have you at COVA!

Studio rentals are priced by the hour and are as follows:

✷ Studio A: $75/hr

✷ Studio B: $40/hr

✷ Entire Facility $180/hr — This rental includes exclusive use of the whole suite, including Studio A & B (partition wall can be open or closed), lobby, front desk, and restrooms

If hosting a class or workshop, you must provide proof of instructor insurance and CPR certification.

Which Studio Should I book?

Studio A

Studio A is our larger space with 8 13-ft poles. There is 8.5ft in between poles diagonally and 10ft in between poles side to side.

You may also rent this space with no poles. See photos below for various options.

This space is ideal for pole workshops and events!

Putting poles away will incur an additional fee.

$75 per hour

Studio B

Studio B is a smaller space with 3 12.5-ft poles, perfect competition training or filming a video. There is 10 ft in between the poles. There is also an option to move one pole to change the distance between poles to 8.5 ft. You may also rent this space with no poles. (Please see photos.)

This space is ideal for smaller workshops, private practice, and photo/video shoots.

Changing pole spacing OR putting poles away will incur an additional fee.

$40 per hour

Entire facility
includes both studios, lobby/front desk & restrooms/changing rooms

Want the whole COVA facility for your special event? With the Entire Facility rental, you’ll get the whole space, including both studios, the lobby and restrooms.

The studios are separated by a sound-dampening operable partition wall. This wall can easily be moved if you are looking to rent out the entire space for a larger event. The space can be rented with or without poles, depending on your event needs.

Recommended for events with more than 20 participants.

Putting poles away or opening the dividing wall will require an additional fee.
