How to prepare for your first class

Before Class:

Avoid applying lotion or oils the day of your class, this will make it more challenging for you to grip the pole! We also ask that you remove all jewelry including watches, rings, necklaces. This is to protect our equipment.

What To Wear:

Top: Wear something that exposes armpit skin, such as a tank top or sports bra.

Bottom: Some movements require your thighs to grip the pole, so wear form-fitting shorts that leave your thighs bare, or that can be rolled up if necessary.

Feet: Bare feet

Feel free to wear layers for the warm-up!

*If you’d like to purchase polewear, we have a boutique at the studio with a range of options.
