Looking for a space to train for a performance or competition, film a video, or host a special workshop or event? Look no further!
COVA Pole & Movement is a beautiful 2,500-square-foot facility in the heart of Coastal Virginia. Our studio is situated right off the Newtown Rd. highway exit in Virginia Beach. We are conveniently on the border of Virginia Beach and Norfolk, just down the road from several hotels and one highway exit away from Norfolk International Airport.
Book an Open Pole Session
Want to come train on your own, without an instructor? It’s super easy to book an Open Pole session. Simply make an account with us, if you haven’t yet, and book your Open Pole session on the website or our app. You will need to download the Kisi app to be able to unlock the door during your session. Once you book your session, you’ll receive an email with instructions for downloading and using the Kisi app. Kisi is a simple keyless entry system that will automatically give you access to the studio during the time of your booking.

Unlimited month-to-Month Membership $100/month
*Please note that booking an open pole session does not guarantee you will have the space to yourself, as others may also book during that time. However, you are guaranteed to have your own pole during your session. If you want to guarantee a private session, please see the Rent a Studio option below.
Rent a Studio
Want to rent a studio to train privately or host your own workshop or event? We’d love to have you at COVA!
Studio rentals are priced by the hour and are as follows:
Studio A: $75/hr
Studio B: $35/hr
Both studio A&B together (with wall removed) $110/hr
If hosting a class or workshop, you must provide proof of instructor insurance and be CPR certified.
All 2500sf for an event $200/hr
Studio B
Studio B is a smaller space with 3 poles, perfect for training for a competition or filming a video.
Studio A + B
The studios are separated by a sound-dampening operable partition wall. This wall can easily be moved if you are looking to rent out the entire space for a larger event.
