Looking for a space to train for a performance or competition, film a video, or host a special workshop or event? Look no further!

COVA Pole & Movement is a beautiful 2,500-square-foot facility in the heart of Coastal Virginia. Our studio is situated right off the Newtown Rd. highway exit in Virginia Beach. We are conveniently on the border of Virginia Beach and Norfolk, just down the road from several hotels and one highway exit away from Norfolk International Airport.

Rent a Studio

Want to rent a studio to train privately or host your own workshop or event? We’d love to have you at COVA!

Studio rentals are priced by the hour and are as follows:

✷ Studio A: $75/hr

✷ Studio B: $35/hr

✷ Both studio A&B together (with wall removed) $110/hr

✷ All 2500sf for an event $200/hr

If hosting a class or workshop, you must provide proof of instructor insurance and CPR certification.

Which Studio Should I book?

Studio A

Studio A is our larger space with 8 13ft poles. There is 8.5ft in between poles diagonally and 10ft in between poles side to side.
You may also rent this space with no poles. (Please see photos)

This space is ideal for workshops and events!

Poles up will require an additional fee.

Studio B

Studio B is a smaller space with 3 12.5ft poles, perfect for training for a competition or filming a video. There is 10ft in between the poles. There is also an option to move one pole to make it 8.5ft in between poles (for an additional fee). You can also request no poles in this space.

This space is ideal for smaller workshops/ events.

Pole distance change OR poles up will require an additional fee.

Studio A + B

The studios are separated by a sound-dampening operable partition wall. This wall can easily be moved if you are looking to rent out the entire space for a larger event.

Available with poles up or down.

Poles up will require an additional fee.
